The PSENmlock mini is an ultra-compact safety locking device designed for safeguarding flaps, covers, and small gates in space-restricted applications. The PSENmlock mini safety locking device provides a powerful and space-saving solution for protecting safeguards such as flaps, covers, and compact swing or sliding gates. With a housing size of only 30 × 30 × 159 mm, it fits seamlessly into tight installation environments while maintaining a high holding force of FZH 1950 N (F1max 3900 N). This enables safe guard locking for personnel protection up to PL d, Cat. 3 in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1.
Designed for maximum flexibility, the actuator of the PSENmlock mini can be mounted from the right, left, or front, making it easy to integrate into a wide variety of machine designs. The device supports safe series connection up to PL d, significantly reducing wiring effort and simplifying commissioning.
Its bistable guard locking principle ensures the last state is maintained even during a power failure—keeping the gate either securely locked or open—while also reducing energy consumption, as power is only required when locking or unlocking. Dual-channel solenoid operation further increases safety by switching off the OSSDs in case of an error, while maintaining guard locking until a controlled release is performed.
Engineered to be reliable in demanding environments, PSENmlock mini features IP67 protection, a coded RFID actuator for high manipulation protection, integrated auxiliary release on two sides, and a fast-mounting design that requires only two screws. With M12 plug-in connectors (8 or 12-pin) and compatibility with safe series connection, it offers a compact, cost-effective, and installation-friendly solution for modern machine safety.
