The PSENsgate / PSENmgate safety gate system integrates multiple safety and control functions into a single, efficient unit. Designed to combine safe guard locking with essential control elements such as pushbuttons, key switches, illuminated buttons, emergency stop, escape release, and compatible handles, this system offers high flexibility for a wide range of safety gate applications.
Building on the proven performance of PSENsgate, the newly optimised PSENmgate delivers even greater functionality in a more compact form. By combining the advanced locking capabilities of PSENmlock with the control elements of the PITgatebox, PSENmgate reduces installation space by 43% compared to its predecessor—ideal for space-constrained machine designs. Note that PSENsgate will be discontinued in May 2026.
PSENmgate is available in short and long housing versions, offering multiple configuration options and the choice of upward or downward cable outlet to support different installation layouts. The long housing version enables up to four integrated control elements plus an emergency stop, providing an all-in-one interface directly on the safety gate. Optimised internal wiring and streamlined cable routing reduce installation time and improve overall efficiency.
Designed for robust industrial use, the system supports personnel protection up to PL e, Cat. 4 (EN ISO 13849-1) and features strong manipulation protection to ensure secure operation. With a holding force of up to 7500 N, bolt-breakage monitoring, IP65 protection, and user-friendly diagnostics via 4 LED indicators, PSENmgate delivers high safety performance while simplifying daily operation and maintenance.
